This front garden was in need of a complete redesign. We replaced the dated concrete path with a circle of cobbles and setts to create a feeling of enclosure whilst providing an easy and attractive path from the entrance up to the front door.
The existing trees were pruned and balanced with a new, evergreen Magnolia grandiflora providing vital screening from the busy road. A bespoke binstore and integrated fence were created to hide the unsightly bins. A rich palette of shrubs, grasses and herbaceous perennials were underplanted with bulbs for an everchanging display. Finally, lighting has played a big part in the success of this garden, ensuring that it is welcoming both day and night.
